Job Description
Alchemee is a company specialising in the tech sector, operating in two main areas: consultancy and permanent recruitment.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Tech Recruitment Consultant (360) with initial experience in a recruitment agency or IT recruitment to join our team and play an active role in our development.
The aim is simple: to bring your experience and determination to help us continue to grow our business.
Your missions
You will join the team to develop and manage your own recruitment projects, combining business development with supporting candidates and clients throughout the process.
Business Development
- Developing and maintaining a client portfolio
- Prospecting (cold calling, cold emailing, networking)
- Arranging appointments to present our services (phone, video call, on-site) Understanding clients’ recruitment challenges
- Negotiating and finalising commercial terms
- Accurate assessment of client requirements
Recruitment
- Advanced sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Drafting personalised outreach messages
- In-depth candidate assessment
- Presenting opportunities
- Supporting candidates and clients throughout the process Managing job offers and salary negotiations
Your profile
Above all, we are looking for the right mindset.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360° recruitment
- A strong drive for business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A meticulous approach to managing recruitment processes
- Perseverance and resilience
