Alchemee is a company specialising in the tech sector, operating in two main areas: consultancy and permanent recruitment. As part of our growth, we are looking for an ambitious Junior Tech Sales Consultant (360) to join our team and play an active role in our development.
The objective is simple: to pass on our methodology and way of working, and to help develop a future top-class consultant.
Your responsibilities
The role of a 360 consultant involves managing the entire recruitment cycle: business development and recruitment. You will work directly with the founders and receive support to gradually discover all aspects of the role.
Business development
Prospecting (cold calling, cold emailing)
Arranging appointments to present our services (phone, video call, on-site) Understanding clients’ recruitment needs
Negotiating and finalising terms and conditions
Rigorous qualification of assigned requirements
Recruitment
Advanced sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter
Drafting personalised outreach messages
Candidate screening
Presenting opportunities
Supporting candidates and clients throughout the process Managing salary offers
