IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Alchemee is a company specialising in recruiting IT professionals through two main business areas: consultancy and permanent placement. We are currently expanding rapidly and are looking for our next colleague!

If you have solid experience in sourcing tech candidates and a good understanding of modern recruitment tools, we’d love to meet you!

Your responsibilities

• Sourcing: identifying, attracting and recruiting tech talent to meet our clients’ specific needs
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter: you are proficient in using the tool to find qualified candidates through precise and targeted searches
• Pre-selection of candidates: drawing on your strong knowledge of IT roles, you assess candidates’ skills to build a pool of suitable candidates
• Collaboration with the business: working closely with Sales to ensure a smooth and rapid transition throughout the recruitment process
• Organisation and follow-up: using your organisational skills, you manage your searches, follow-up and results to optimise sourcing processes

Your profile

• Experience: at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in Luxembourg, within an IT services company or a consultancy firm
• Languages: good command of French and English, both spoken and written
• LinkedIn Recruiter expertise: expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter to conduct advanced and relevant searches
• Organisation: you are recognised for your organisational and time-management skills, even in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
• Proactivity and responsiveness: you know how to take the initiative and respond quickly to the needs of the Sales team whilst ensuring the quality of the profiles proposed
