IT Sales Executive

Job Description

Alchemee is a company specialising in the IT sector, operating in two main areas: consultancy and permanent recruitment.

We are currently expanding rapidly and are looking for an ambitious IT Sales Executive to join our team and play an active role in Alchemee’s growth.

Your main responsibilities

Business development

• Identify, prospect and develop new client accounts (sectors: finance, industry, telecoms, public sector, etc.).
• Understand your clients’ technical and business needs to offer them tailor-made solutions (consultants, direct recruitment, etc.).
• Manage the client relationship from start to finish: needs assessment, commercial proposal, negotiation and operational follow-up.
• Manage the existing client portfolio and ensure their long-term satisfaction.
• Play an active role in Alchemee’s growth strategy and the development of new strategic partnerships.

Recruitment & delivery

• Work with recruiters to define the required profiles and ensure the quality of delivery.
• Participate in the targeted sourcing of IT profiles for your priority needs.
• Pre-qualify candidates where necessary to ensure a perfect match between requirements and profile.

Your profile

• At least 3 years’ experience in Luxembourg within an IT services company, a recruitment agency or an IT consultancy.
• A true opportunity hunter, you enjoy persuading, negotiating and building lasting relationships.
• A good understanding of IT roles and the tech recruitment cycle.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern prospecting tools.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Languages: French and English essential (any other language is a plus).
